This technology is used for the elimination of Suspended Solid(SS) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) of the effluent in sewage treatment area using Micro Chip Filter(M.C.F). The MCF is the input filtering system that inflows raw water through the pump as regular pressure is applied by piston after media (chip) that is put into the filter made of closed SUS, SS-400, RC materials. The filter is automatically rotated and fixed up the target for water
quality based on the quality of raw water. Afterwards, it empirically identifies when and where the treated water appears higher than the target for the water quality to choose the filtering period and do filtering and backwashing. Backwashing time can be different according to the degree of treated water, and the backwashing period is chosen based on the criteria of fixed treated water to operate the filter.
